Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Language Learning

The 47th Kolkata International Book Fair has brought together publishers, authors, and literary enthusiasts from around the world. One of the emerging topics of discussion at the fair is the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on language learning. The British Council, in partnership with the UK pavilion, has set up a unique exhibition called “Future of English,” which explores the role of AI in language learning. This exhibition is the result of three years of global research conducted by the British Council, shedding light on how AI will shape the future of language learning. It has been found that AI will play an increasingly important role in basic language learning.
