Tyler Technologies has been serving California State Parks since 2016 and will now provide an end-to-end system for booking reservations and facilitating transactions. The transition plan is set to begin in the next six months and will extend over the next eight years.

With nearly 280 state parks in California, which collectively welcome approximately 68 million visitors each year, this agreement signifies a significant step towards enhancing the overall experience for park-goers. By fall 2024, Tyler Technologies’ solution will introduce a user-friendly interface and streamlined features. Additional new features and enhancements are expected to be implemented in 2025.
