Teachers in Starkville Oktibbeha School District Secure TVA’s STEM Classroom Grants

Starkville, Mississippi – Teachers in the Starkville Oktibbeha School District have received an impressive boost for enhancing STEM education. Thanks to a partnership between TVA retiree organization Bicentennial Volunteers Incorporated and the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), the district’s educators were awarded two STEM Classroom Grants, each valued at $5,000. These grants were presented during a ceremony held at the Greensboro Center.
