SpaceX to Launch Falcon 9 Rocket: Starlink Satellites Aboard

SpaceX is set to launch its Falcon 9 rocket on Friday, February 9 from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The rocket will be carrying 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit. Liftoff is targeted for 4:34 p.m. PT, with backup opportunities available until 8:32 p.m. PT. If needed, additional launch opportunities are scheduled for Saturday, February 10. A live webcast of the mission will be available on the SpaceX website.

14th Flight for the First Stage Booster

This mission marks the 14th flight for the first stage booster that will be used. The booster has previously launched missions such as NROL-87, NROL-85, SARah-1, SWOT, Transporter-8, Transporter-9, and seven Starlink missions. After stage separation, the first stage will attempt to land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, which will be stationed in the Pacific Ocean.
