Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTOS), a leading defense and national security technology company, announced today that it has secured a significant contract for its Space & Missile Defense Systems unit. The contract, valued at up to $877 million, will support the Sounding Rocket Program-4 by providing suborbital launch services. Spanning a period of nine years, the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract includes various fee arrangements and is expected to conclude by November 15, 2029.
