Ben Hushon, a partner at The Mill, emphasized the importance of finding sustainable farming methods. "They have found a way to get 800 bugs in a jug," Hushon explained. This mixture of bacteria and fungi works together to nourish the soil, potentially reducing the need for traditional fertilizers.

Zach Rose, Vice President of Clear Meadow Farm, highlighted the importance of this approach: "Using less fertilizer means it has less of a chance at getting into Maryland waterways."
