Nazara Technologies’ Subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming International, Invests €8 Million in Freaks 4U Gaming
Nazara Technologies Ltd.’s shares rose by 1.67 per cent after its subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming International, made a significant investment of €8 million in Freaks 4U Gaming. This investment, which was initially made through a convertible loan agreement of €3.6 million, has now been converted into equity. Both companies have agreed to leverage each other’s resources, personnel, equipment, and facilities, to enhance their presence in the gaming industry.
