California Man Arrested in Connection with Theft from Apple Store in Berkeley

Berkeley, California – A 22-year-old man from Berkeley was arrested on Wednesday night in connection with a theft from an Apple Store in Berkeley. Tyler Mims, the alleged perpetrator, was caught on video snatching display devices before casually walking past a police vehicle and fleeing to a getaway car. Emeryville Police Department detectives apprehended Mims and have charged him with burglary, grand theft, and other crimes.
