'Heroes of Mavia' Will Soon Let You Earn Its Ethereum Token on iOS and Android

Mobile game Heroes of Mavia, similar to Clash of Clans, is introducing the MAVIA token into its gameplay. Starting with "Phase 2: Next Frontier," the game aims to create a sustainable token economy and ecosystem over the next four months.

Integration of MAVIA Token

In this new phase, players will be able to use the MAVIA token directly in the game. The token was initially launched on Ethereum back in February and distributed to 100,000 players and holders of 10,000 in-game Ethereum NFT land plots. Until now, the token did not have any in-game function.

New Features Rolling Out

Phase 2: Next Frontier will roll out several critical components of the Mavia ecosystem:

  • Marketplace Integration: A web marketplace will launch, allowing players and speculators to trade legendary item NFTs for MAVIA tokens.
  • Ruby Explorer: Introducing a Ruby Scan tool to track all RUBY and MAVIA token transactions.
  • Ruby Swap Tool: This tool will let users convert their in-game RUBY into MAVIA tokens, with a rate that changes based on the market.

There are 10 new features coming in this phase, including:

  • NFT and Token Bridge
  • MAVIA Staking Pools
  • New PvP Game Mode

Previous Phase Success

According to the team, Heroes of Mavia enjoyed a successful launch phase. The game saw over 4 million downloads across iOS and Android, with an average daily user base of 74,000. Players earned over 275 million RUBY in-game during this period.

Token Performance

Despite the new updates, the MAVIA token has seen a downward trend. It is currently priced at $2.17, down 8% on the day, marking a 21% dip over the past week and a 34% decrease over the last 30 days. The token is now nearly 80% down from its all-time high of $10.57 set in February.

The team at Skrice Studios assures that most of the new features are already developed and are currently being tested before the full launch.

Stay tuned for more updates as Heroes of Mavia moves forward with its ambitious road map!
