Stellantis Acquires AI and Machine Learning Technology from CloudMade to Enhance In-Vehicle Experience

Stellantis NV, a global automotive company, announced on Wednesday its acquisition of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology from U.K.-based CloudMade. The company has also obtained intellectual property rights and patents as part of the deal. Exact details of the acquisition were not disclosed. However, Stellantis will also welcome 44 AI engineers and software developers from CloudMade to further strengthen its in-house capabilities.
