SK Networks and Bow Capital Management Announce Partnership for Future AI Investments

SK Networks, a rental business and investment unit owned by SK, has partnered with Bow Capital Management, a California-based venture capital firm, to collaborate on future investments in artificial intelligence (AI). The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to work together on mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale AI investments. Bow Capital will acquire a portion of SK Networks’ Treasury shares when the Korean company forms a consortium for AI investment, although the specific target of the investment has not been disclosed.
