Among 12 distinguished inductees, Shamim joins a select group of CIOs recognized for their impactful contributions and influence on the technology profession, as well as their advancement of the CIO role. Since being promoted to CIO in 2014, Shamim has been instrumental in CarMax’s digital transformation into an industry-leading omnichannel retailer.
