Option Care Health, a provider of post-acute care and infusion services, has entered into a multi-year partnership with analytics company Palantir Technologies. The collaboration will involve the use of Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) across Option Care Health’s operations. This platform incorporates AI and large language models to optimize various aspects of the provider’s services. At the J. P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, Option Care Health revealed that it plans to utilize Palantir’s AIP to optimize nurse scheduling, patient onboarding, purchasing, and supply chain execution.
