National Labor Relations Board general counsel Jennifer Abruzzo has accused Elon Musk of lacking a cogent argument in his ongoing legal battle with the US labor board over SpaceX. According to Bloomberg, Abruzzo stated that Musk has been “pounding the table” without providing substantial evidence to support his case. The dispute stems from a complaint issued by Abruzzo’s office last month, which accused SpaceX of illegally retaliating against eight workers who had circulated an open letter criticizing Musk. In response, SpaceX filed a lawsuit against the labor board, claiming that its structure and proceedings were unconstitutional.
