New App Empowers Rock Island Residents to Report Neighborhood Issues

The City of Rock Island in Illinois has launched an app called SeeClickFix, allowing residents to report and address issues in their neighborhoods. The app sends information directly to the Public Works Department and provides notifications when the problem is resolved. The most commonly reported issues include trash collection misses, snow/ice problems, trash cart maintenance, and potholes.
