Washington, D.C. Building Home to National Italian American Foundation Set to Become Lavish Personal Residence
The stately Washington, D.C. building that has been home to the National Italian American Foundation for the past 30 years is now ready to be transformed into a lavish personal residence. The 7,800-square-foot property, officially known as the Ambassador Peter F. Secchia Building, will be brought to the market next week for $3.99 million by Douglas Elliman agents Matthew Windsor and Lyndsi Armenio. While it could potentially sell to a company, corporation or even a country, the agents believe the building has great potential as an end-user residential property.
