Arbitrum One, a Layer 2 (L2) network built on top of Ethereum, has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing $10 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL) in just seven days. This impressive increase of 15.9% has made Arbitrum One the first L2 network to cross the $10 billion mark.
