Starbucks found guilty of unfair labor practices in Colorado Springs branch

In a recent ruling, a judge found Starbucks guilty of unfair labor practices at its branch in Colorado Springs. The judge concluded that the company engaged in objectionable conduct during a union election held at the location in the spring of 2022. As a result, a new election has been ordered.
