Boeing Calls Out Big Oil for Inaction on Sustainable Aviation Fuel

US plane maker Boeing has accused the world's largest oil companies of not doing enough to produce sustainable jet fuel. According to the airline sector, sustainable aviation fuel can cut carbon emissions by up to 80%. The global supply of sustainable fuel only meets 1% of the industry's requirements. The Iata chief has called on oil producers to increase low-emissions aviation fuel production.
