LPL Financial Holdings Inc. has made a significant leadership change by terminating its President and CEO, Dan H. Arnold, effective immediately due to violations of the company's commitment to a respectful workplace. Arnold has also stepped down from the Board. The Board of Directors has appointed Rich Steinmeier, the current Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer, as the Interim CEO.
