Athletic Brewing Co. Introduces Track Record: A Tool for Moderation
Connecticut’s Athletic Brewing Co. has released a new tool called Track Record to help drinkers stick with moderation. The tool is available through Athletic Brewing’s mobile app, as well as on the web. “We know that one-third of US drinkers are trying to cut back on alcohol, and Track Record will enable users to easily log the days they stay dry,” says Athletic chief marketing officer Andrew Katz. This innovative feature aims to assist users in tracking their progress towards their alcohol consumption goals.
How Track Record Helps Drinkers Cut Back on Alcohol
Track Record works like many other health tracking apps, allowing users to mark their number of dry days and track their progress in a calendar. Additionally, the app shows dry “streaks” and the percentage of dry days. By visually displaying this data, users can easily monitor their progress and stay motivated. Unlike traditional Dry January routines that can be rigid, Track Record allows users to celebrate their wins, no matter how big or small. With this user-friendly tool, drinkers can effectively cut back on alcohol consumption without feeling overwhelmed.
Motivating Users to Stay Dry with Track Record
The goal of Track Record is to motivate users to moderate their alcohol consumption by providing an easy-to-use tracking system that encourages progress. By allowing users to visually see their achievements, the app aims to instill a sense of accomplishment and further motivate them. The app understands that even one day of drinking does not erase all the progress made, which can be demotivating. Instead, Track Record values progress and encourages users to continue their journey towards moderation.
